You get those with your subscription! When you have a subscription, once you finish the 10 maps, you hit level 2 and go back to the first map again. But this time you get the new trenches, which both make the game more cool and make it harder. If you get through the 10 maps on level 2, then on level 3 you go back to normal trenches but faster snot. Level 4 has the extra trenches and the faster snot. Etc...
