This was killing your game while you waited several minutes for your machine to send it to the new player. So now the game does not pre-download anything. It provides resources as they come up. If a new person logs in, they are given a link and encouraged to download the full game first, since they are likely to lose games as graphics and songs get downloaded to them as they come up.
